Here’s a brief overview of our terms & conditions...
1. MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
For first time customers the minimum order value is $250.
2. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Submit your order via our wholesale order form here.
Products or goods purchased from Loccessories shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). Not including special sales and periodic promotions.
4. WHOLESALE PRICING
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. We cover the cost of postal insurance for any shipments through USPS.
Returns must be made in writing 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.
For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer. Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it.
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods.
7. DAMAGES & DEFECTS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS
All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, slight variations may occur.
